Iolanta B\u0103lan, cercet\u0103tor \u0219tiin\u021bific coordonator al laboratorului Chimie Fizic\u0103 \u0219i Cuantic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Pe parcursul practicii tehnologice desf\u0103\u0219urate \u00een cadrul Institutului de Chimie al Universit\u0103\u021bii de Stat din Moldova, studen\u021bii Facult\u0103\u021bii de Chimie \u0219i Tehnologie Chimic\u0103 au avut oportunitatea de a se familiariza at\u00e2t cu activitatea de cercetare \u0219i inovare desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 \u00een cadrul institutului, c\u00e2t \u0219i cu infrastructura \u0219tiin\u021bific\u0103 modern\u0103 \u0219i metodele experimentale utilizate \u00een laboratoarele de cercetare.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Programul practicii a debutat cu prezentarea \u00eentitulat\u0103: \u201eInstitutul de Chimie \u2013 institu\u021bie de cercetare \u0219i inovare din cadrul USM\u201d, \u021binut\u0103 de secretarul \u0219tiin\u021bific dr. Maria Cocu,\u00a0\u00een cadrul c\u0103reia studen\u021bilor le-au fost prezentate principalele direc\u021bii de cercetare, realiz\u0103rile \u0219tiin\u021bifice, proiectele na\u021bionale \u0219i interna\u021bionale, precum \u0219i oportunit\u0103\u021bile de dezvoltare profesional\u0103 \u0219i academic\u0103 oferite de institut. De asemenea, participan\u021bii au beneficiat de instructajul obligatoriu privind securitatea \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u00een munc\u0103, fiind familiariza\u021bi cu normele \u0219i regulile de siguran\u021b\u0103 specifice activit\u0103\u021bilor de laborator.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">\u00cen laboratorul Chimia Compu\u0219ilor Naturali \u0219i Biologic Activi sub ghidarea \u0219efului de laborator dr. hab. Alexandru Cioc\u00e2rlan \u0219i dr. Lidia Lungu, studen\u021bii au ob\u021binut extracte din materii prime vegetale \u0219i de\u0219euri agricole prin metoda Soxhlet, precum \u0219i derivatizat extractele ob\u021binute prin reac\u021bii de hidroliz\u0103 \u0219i esterificare.\u00a0 Studen\u021bii au aplicat metode de prelucrare \u0219i purificare a produ\u0219ilor de reac\u021bie prin extrac\u021bie lichid-lichid, cromatografie \u00een strat sub\u021bire \u0219i cromatografie pe coloan\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Activit\u0103\u021bile practice desf\u0103\u0219urate \u00een laboratorul Sintez\u0103 Organic\u0103 au inclus determinarea unor constante fizico-chimice importante, precum punctul de topire \u0219i rota\u021bia optic\u0103 specific\u0103, utiliz\u00e2nd echipamentele din dotarea laboratorului sub \u00eendrumarea dr. Dmitri Bilan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">Un interes deosebit a fost acordat tehnicilor moderne de analiz\u0103 instrumental\u0103. Participan\u021bii au fost familiariza\u021bi de c\u0103tre dr. Vladilena G\u00eerbu cu principiul de func\u021bionare al Cromatografului de gaze cuplat cu detector de mas\u0103 (GC-MS), cu etapele de preg\u0103tire a probelor pentru analiz\u0103, precum \u0219i cu procesul de achizi\u021bie \u0219i interpretare a cromatogramelor \u0219i spectrelor de mas\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">\u00cen cadrul laboratorului de Chimie Coordinativ\u0103, sub \u00eendrumarea dr. Olga Danilescu \u0219i a dr. Natalia Talmaci, studen\u021bii s-au familiarizat cu metodele moderne de sintez\u0103 a compu\u0219ilor coordinativi \u0219i au participat la ob\u021binerea compu\u0219ilor coordinativi ai metalelor din seria 3d cu liganzi de tip baze Schiff. \u00cen activit\u0103\u021bile practice a fost utilizat\u0103 inclusiv metoda solvotermal\u0103, o tehnic\u0103 modern\u0103 de sintez\u0103 ce permite ob\u021binerea unor compu\u0219i cu propriet\u0103\u021bi structurale \u0219i func\u021bionale deosebite. De asemenea, participan\u021bii au aflat despre aplica\u021biile acestor compu\u0219i \u00een domenii precum cataliza, materialele avansate \u0219i chimia bioanorganic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">\u00cen laboratorul Metode Fizico-Chimice de Cercetare \u0219i Analiz\u0103, sub \u00eendrumarea cerc. \u0219t. Maria Rusu \u0219i dnei Vera Ceban, studen\u021bii au avut posibilitatea s\u0103 cunoasc\u0103 principiile de func\u021bionare \u0219i aplica\u021biile unor echipamente performante, inclusiv analizatorul elemental ELEMENTAR vario EL III \u0219i spectrofotometrul FTIR PerkinElmer Spectrum 100.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">De asemenea, au fost instrui\u021bi de c\u0103tre dr. Alic Barb\u0103 \u0219i dr. Elena Gorincioi privind utilizarea spectrometrului de Rezonan\u021b\u0103 Magnetic\u0103 Nuclear\u0103 Bruker 400, preg\u0103tirea probelor pentru analiz\u0103 \u0219i interpretarea spectrelor protonice \u0219i carbonice (1H \u0219i 13C RMN). Un subiect de interes aparte l-a constituit aplica\u021bia metodei SNIF-RMN pentru autentificarea produselor alimentare.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text-align-justify\">\u00cen domeniul chimiei analitice \u0219i al controlului calit\u0103\u021bii, studen\u021bii au efectuat determinarea activit\u0103\u021bii antioxidante a sucurilor naturale utiliz\u00e2nd spectroscopia UV-Vis \u0219i au aplicat diverse metode fizico-chimice pentru analiza apelor \u0219i a sucurilor, fiind ghida\u021bi de c\u0103tre dr.
